  3. We prohibit anything that could be technicially harmful to this website, this includes hacking, computer viruses, Torjan horses, worms or any other malicious activity.
  4. You must be over eighteen years of age
  5. You must be a human being, any kind of automated method such as bots are prohibited.
  6. You are responsible for keeping your account and password details safe. We are not liable for any loss or damage to your account if you fail to comply with this security obligation.
  7. You are responsible for all content posted on your account.
  8. We may suspend or cancel your account with immediate affect and a refund may not be given if you breach any of terms in this agreement.
  9. Our prices may be reviewed at any time and changes may take immediate affect.
  10. If you wish to cancel your account, you can contact us by email at any time.
  11. A full refund will be issued upon cancellation of your Account within 14 days of purchase. A refund will not be issued for Accounts cancelled after this time. Once an account is deleted, all your account content will be removed.
  12. We reserve the right to modify, maintain (which could result in some down time) or shutdown (temporarily or permanently) this site, with or without notice.
  13. Written, verbal or physical abuse to any of our customers or team will result in immediate account termination.
  14. We are not responsible for any monies pledged by your guests, we are simply a tracking service.
  15. Your gift list may be available up to one year after your wedding date, thereafter we may suspend it unless you specifically request otherwise, in writing.
  16. This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without reference to rules governing choice of laws.
